Centrex are a UK wide provider of Computer move services including install, de-install, configure and upgrade. From a single unit move within a building to a premises to premises move of multiple equipment anywhere in the UK.
Recent Project
A client requested Centrex to look at providing IMAC services to one of their customers UK wide with a breif to eliminate the current paperwork process which were time consuming and people intense, by modernising the process using web based system links to include visibility of stock and track and trace of product from pick to transport and on-site technical service as well as completed call closure.
The project of system modernisation was completed in December 2009 and the information flow has reduced dramatically the time taken to request and complete work schedules as well as improved the control of what can be such a very complex and varied service demand
Centrex provide a web based direct ordering system linking straight into the operational control centre in Newcastle where orders are accepted and scheduled according to demand, producing complete end to end process visibility for client and customer.
